Select your day reception invitations from our card gallery and contact us with your details. We welcome enquiries in any format - call
us directly on 028-34983, submit an
online proof request through this site or fill in your details on our brochure and post us. (Click to

Alternatively you can
- particularly if you have any special requests or requirements that cannot be fulfilled by any of the cards you see on our site.
Our response
In response to your request we will post you a proof of your day reception invitations and enclose an Order Form outlining all costs
involved with your order.
We will then make follow up phone contact to discuss your order. Any text / layout changes in the proof can be handled at that stage.
Booking Deposit
Once you are happy with your choice of invitation(s), text and quantity we will ask you to pay a booking deposit of 50% of the total
cost of your order. The balance to be paid on dispatch of your order. In the intervening time you may add to the original card
quantities ordered.
What then?
Once we have received your booking deposit we will make any necessary changes to your proof card and send you a copy of these changes.
We will also send you a proof of any other cards in your order - Evening Invitations, Thank You, RSVPs. Again we will liaise with you
on these so that all is in order.
...and then?
Order Dispatch
We recommend that you send out your invitations 10 weeks before your Wedding day and with this in mind we normally dispatch your
invitations to you 12 weeks before your Wedding day - providing that we have this lead time on your order!!
In any case we will agree with you the date that you would prefer to receive your invitations. (Of course we have had orders from
couples with only weeks to go before they got married and have delivered their complete orders within 72 hours!!)
Last minute changes
These should be notified to us one week before the agreed delivery date for your order.
Tracking and Tracing Shipments
All our orders in Ireland are sent via SDS Priority service. This is a 24/48 hour service depending on your location. We track and
trace all our orders via the SDS website - from the time they leave us until they are delivered to your door. We can send you per email
your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Overseas Shipments
Overseas shipments are welcome. Proofs and Orders proceed as above and are shipped with your agreement via courier services such as
DHL (our preference) or FedEx. Track and trace facility are a vital link to our overseas customers and we rely on this service feature.
Transit times are as per couriers published service.
